Hi, my heat link has stopped working, no lights on at all, it does have power and the thermostat has the error code H71. I have tried all the guidance suggested online but the heat link is dead. Can someone please advise me how to get a replacement? ...

Thank you, the issue has been resolved, I am having a new Heat Link fitted tomorrow. Thank you for all your help with the problem.

Thank you for your response.Yes I have checked the breaker switches and turned off and on again.I can't turn on manual mode, button is dead and no lights on.Thank you.
