Oh don't worry about your Nest Smoke Detectors, they have a built-in end
of life. That's 10 years. Unfortunately when I bought mine (all 9) they
were already 1 year old... Such a reliable company... 樂
Yea, the learning functions were useless. If the outside temperature
changed notably and it got too cold or too hot, the thermostat would
think it should change the temperature at that time from then on. 樂Oh,
and one more bad feature about these ther...
But with all the brilliant lawyers they can possibly hire, they won't
know how much this will adversely affect their reputation! This is
definitely NOT ECO friendly. It is plain and simple extortion. Will the
cost of their loss of reputation be great...
Let's hope that someone will create an app that will just directly
access the thermostats so we can continue to use the remote control
features. Google should have thought about that before deciding to end
support like this!
