So since both my sims are esims I shut off one, and the app works as it should on LTE and 5G. Google this is a programming issue that many users are having. What is your plan to fix it?

so I reset all settings on the phone. Still doesn’t resolve the issue. I installed the app on my 11 Pro Max and it has no issues. I’m using the 14 Pro Max with a dual E Sim. The 11 also has dual sims. I believe one of the two is a physical SIM though...

It's turned on. I also toggle it off, restarted the phone and then turned it back on. It didn't help.

To clarify, my cameras are connected to wifi. I can't not access them via the home app when my phone is not on wifi but is on LTE or 5G. They either fail to load or they say they are not available. Not an issue if my phone is on wifi.
