Nest doorbell not tracking activity.

Hi, My nest doorbell Gen 2 doesn't detect any activity anymore only the doorbell press works. I've got it set to people, animals and packages.I've reset to factory settings and still the same. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi Emerson,Barring resetting the Wi-fi router I have tried everything.The router is about 2 meters away.Any other suggestions? Thanks,
