I can't use Google Assistant (voice commands) to turn the hot water on
and off. The heating can be turned on and off using voice commands not
problem Is this command. It available? Or am I doing something

No as there's nothing to help with as you have said the ability to turn
the hot water on and off with your voice is not available and not on the
roadmap.
