Device is offline & requesting PIN. PIN forgotten. It’s in a rented property which complicates the trouble shooting.

We have order a cable and will follow steps outlined above and then get back in touch. Many thanks. Please bear in mind it’s at a rented property so I will need to liaise with the tenants to follow specific instructions.
