Yes, the thermostat is showing a different time. The app is up to date.The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+

It is not going offline. It only went offline after the factory reset and when I reconnected the time reverted to PST. The Nest App (or in particular a setting in it) which is causing the issue.

Prior to the factory reset it was always connected. It was only after the reset did it show offline. Since I reconnected the Nest App to the thermostat it has been connected any time I check.
