Trying to remove a home on the next app. It directs me to use the + menu then settings then remov

remove the home. But the app tells me to go to Google Home and remove the home. But Google home does not have my homes one it.
Can't log in due to wrong phone number on 2-step verification

I am trying to log into the Nest app to control the Nest thermostats in 2 places. The 2-step verification is using a phone number I don't recognize. Maybe an old one of mine.

Thanks for the advice. You were correct. Support could not solve the problem.
