Just purchased Nest Learning thermostat yesterday. Theromstat keeps rebooting every few minutes. Installed correctly according to directions with C wire. Battery was charged and is showing between 3.8 and 3.9 V, Wifi is steady and not an issue. Read ...

All pins are intact, bottom pins are all even. Top row, third from the left is shorter and both pins on the far outer ends are longer.Please see photo below

Sorry about the delayed response. It goes blank and unresponsive for about 1 min then goes to the "G" screen, the colors spin then shows the temperature. Stays on for approximately 2 mins then restarts. I've checked for software update and tried to r...
