Nooooo!!! DO NOT factory reset your smoke detectors!!! I did that and my
smoke detectors will not communicate with each other. DO NOT factory
reset your smoke detectors!
I am having the same issue. 6 nest protects went off line yesterday,
November 15, 2023. I tried resetting the protects to factory settings
and adding to my account again. No good. P009 errors. Do not reset to
factory specs.
