I created a new structure. Took batteries out and put them back in then did a factory reset.I logged out Nest App and back in same error message when trying to connect. "Can't connect Nest Protect to app or Wi-Fi". P006 (3.10)

Blue lights, yes they are right next to each other. No i haven't created a new structure. I will try that.Thanks!
