Internal chime not working since upgrading to wired second gen doorbell

I had a 1st gen wired nest doorbell, whuch worked with internal chime. Decided to upgrade to second generation wired. Installed as per instructions, including changing the puck in the chime. After install internal chime does not work. All instruction...
