Blinking Orange

Nest thermostat started blinking orange and then red. Other posts said it was a charging issue. I had it charging all day at least 10 hours and it’s still blinking orange now and not heating the room. I hat gives? Is this a bad model?

BTW I have two other nest thermostats in the house and no issues. This is my 3rd newest one that has the issues which I purchased last year.
