Nest Keeps Disconnecting When I leave the House or When I am at Home

I have a Nest Learning Thermostat - the unit keeps disconnecting from wi-fi when I am at home or traveling. Nothing has changed in terms of internt provider or equipment in the house. Anyone else run into this problem?
