Nest door cam won’t play video

Hi, i have a nest doorbell cam. It all works very well except it will not play the videos. I can’t figure out why. Any help would be appreciated.

I have just been reading and I should have 3 hours of event history. I think there is a problem why my videos will not play.

Thank you for this. I use to get 3 hours worth of video as part of having the camera. do you know when this changed?

Hi, no I do not, I read about this and the text I wrote said it would store up to I think 20 seconds only. Is this not true?
