Re-Wiring Honeywell system to Nest with whole home humidifier

Here is a picture of the current Honeywell module on the furnace, I only have the R and W currently but I've run 2 sets of cabling, the 18/12 for the AC/heat pump and gas furnace and 18/5 for the whole home Humidifier. Anybody run across this setup b...
