I"m trying to set up a Nest Thermostat and where it asks for the last 4
digits of athe serial number, there is no space to put the number and I
can't get past that screen.

installing the Nest before attaching the connector. The directions on
the app say to install the power connector and then go back to the app
to finish installing the Nest.Which is correct...
I just reinstalled the app again and it didn't ask me for either of the
codes. It asked about the wires and says I have to install a nest power
connector. I only have a white and red wire connected with a green that
is not connected. I looked that up...
