Casting voice keeps cutting on and off

I cast from laptop to TCL TV. I use Chromecast instead of TV's own connectivity, but the problem happens with both casting options.Voice keeps cutting off, like non-stop morse code. Weird thing is it only happens when I have NOT Chrome on top in my l...
