Hello, I have only one google account and do not wish to create multiples account. I want to keep things simple  I am not sure what is a "mobile hotspot". Could you briefly explain? thanks a lot for your help

ok I looked and it doesn't help in my case. All my devices are in english already. when I start the google nest hub it shows up in german but i have no way to change it since i can't even finish the set up....Thank you anyway
