I am trying to connect a new temperature sensor to my thermostat, the
app keeps saying the thermostat needs a software update but the
thermostat says it's updated. How do I connect the sensor?
Hi Zoe, many thanks for your help, I have found out the sensors do not
work in the UK only in the US! ! Why Amazon are selling them in the UK
is beyond belief but there you go!
