Hi.My Home Mini shows 4 white LED and did not respond to any
reset-options.Neither pressing the button nor the "disconect the power
cord 11x" works.And yes, I already tried various power supplies and
sockets. Dirty upgrade, or fu bar?
So.. the "solution" is to make your customers do stupid things like
videos and hand-written serialnumbers, to let them send the stuff again
and again to multiple "supportlevels", and after hours of unpayed time
google has the greatness to "maybe" sen...

have all "necessary information".. just start working! And btw., is it
so difficult to inform your support employees to stop telling customers
that they "simply have to buy new ...
...so... what do you expect to "investigate"? Its the same procedre as
last time you broke peoples stuff via OTA Update... first, duck´n cover,
then after the press and consumer protection organizations getting you
into media-trouble finaly accept cu...
...it happend also in 2019...Its German, but guess who runs a

A few minutes ago, the operator said in the ( german) Google Home
service chat that the problem was affecting an increasing number of
mini-users and that a solution was being worked on via an update. Let's
hope for the best...
