Still stuck with the 4 white leds in + shape and able to do nothing. Factory reset doesn't work, even with the unplug power (11 times) procedure. @KiiFromGoogle are there some news? it's been more than a week now.

Same behaviour on google home (not mini). The only different thing is that the lights never change color. Always white and just 4.

Minimun they should at least recognize that there is a problem. The customer care agent I was assigned never "admitted" there was an issue... He just asked for a bunch of information (about age of the device, kind of usages, etc.) and then said that ...

I personally checked under device settings in google home app. on the device information menu
