I'm in the USA and i still haven't got any replacement, so I don't know
if it's a US thing. The rep I've talked to says i still have to wait for
a higher up to respond and that's been a few days since the last
correspondence.
Talked to a CS rep with the above link. Very nice person, but no
solutions. I has to record a video of the home not booting with the
above mentioned issues everyone is having and they are sending it to a
higher tier team or something to look into it....
I sent feedback. But I'll post here too. Around dec 6 my google home
mini stopped working. 4 solid lights. Reset button doesn't work.
Unplugging and waiting 10 seconds 11 times doesn't work either.
Just adding another voice to this problem. Stopped working around same
time with phone showing the same firmware as everyone else. Google brick
for sure.
