Power is on, the green light on the heat link is on, but the connection
between the room stat and the heat link seems to break down, so the
firing of the boiler is random on/off irrespective of what the room stat
is displaying.
Yes the green light is lit at the top of the heat link cover. There is
an intermittent failure between the room stat and the heat link.
