Any resolution on this? This is really inconvenient and quickly becoming intolerable! Guessing we'll only get some attention to this if we keep yelling about it

Thanks! I did try that too, and you're right, the TV's USB outlet is usually not a good idea for a power source. I ended up spending nearly a couple of hours with Tech Support troubleshooting it with no luck, and eventually since it was under warrant...
