Following the instructions to change the name of my mini speaker don't
work. While the setting shows the new name, Google Home shows the old
name and Assistant doesn't recognize the new Device name. Anyone have an
idea how to fix that?
I ended up deleting the device from my home and doing a factory reset on
it. After reinstalling it has the correct name and Assistant recognizes
the new name.
I ended up removing the speaker from my "home" and doing a factory reset
on the speaker and reinstalling. Creating a new home and moving it
didn't work. Thanks
