thermostat and a replacement heat link. My question is do I actually
need to replace the heat link?. From the brief descriptions I have seen
online it looks like for the W5 error you ...
Hello. Thank you. I ended up calling the UK helpline number to discuss
the W5 fault. They were unable to resolve so have agreed to send me a
replacement unit as the original was still under warranty
