After scanning QR code & plugging power cord in, the doorbell light
stays green. It doesn’t make a chime sound. I think it’s an issue with
the device. Have reset to factory settings & followed all of the posted
instructions on how to trouble shoot.
Hi, I followed the reset instructions so I held for 5 seconds till I saw
the white light. Then I found a post that said to hold it for longer
till you hear the chime. I did that & was able to complete the setup. No
other issues remaining. Thx
