After scanning QR code & plugging power cord in, the doorbell light stays green. It doesn’t make a chime sound. I think it’s an issue with the device. Have reset to factory settings & followed all of the posted instructions on how to trouble shoot.

I understand that you've been having issues connecting your Nest doorbell to the Google Home app. Let me help you out. Just to check, when you factory reset your Nest doorbell, how long did you press the button on the back? The reset button is the tiny pinhole on the back of the Nest doorbell between the charging port and two screws for wire connections.

Hi, I followed the reset instructions so I held for 5 seconds till I saw the white light. Then I found a post that said to hold it for longer till you hear the chime. I did that & was able to complete the setup. No other issues remaining. Thx
