Yeah figured that wasn't it. 2 hours of troubleshooting with support didn't go anywhere and they said a senior tech would email me eventually.

Similar issues here. 2 Nest cams (battery indoor/outdoor) will record events but only allow playback of the first few seconds. Rest is greyed out. Doesnt matter how long I wait (its been a week at least) they never fully upload. I tried factory reset...

It started working on its own shortly after I started this thread (figures, right?). Have not had any issues with it since then. I'm not sure if the factory reset was the fix but it was the last thing I did. After the factory reset, I set it up again...
