Thermostat sayings its 100 degrees

Hello,I have had a nest thermostat for 3 years & Today, the heat said it was 100 degrees. ~30 degress off- I have factory reset-router reset-restart-changed batteries-switched locations (from upstairs to downstairs)Can someone help me here?
