Just woke up and tried to use app to adjust temp and instead of showing
temperature button, it shows add product. Model t3017us. It’s a learning
thermostat we purchased in 2023. It says we’re connected to Wi-Fi but I
have no phone controls.
I haven’t changed a thing and after all these years, I don’t even know
which account I used! Thermostat says connected but still stuck on add
product on my iPhone
