Wanted to check the status of where my nest thermostat is at.

I had sent my nest thermostat back to the wear house about 3 weeks ago and I’m wondering what is going on with you returning one back. Nicole

I don’t have another email from you guys. You had me send my nest thermostat to you and it arrived to your wear house last Thursday . I gave you my case numberearlier in the week. The nest would not connect to WiFi and would keep shutting off.Nicole
