purchase part to remove from wall to recharge

Hi - where can I go to purchase the part to disconnect the doorbell from its mounting bracket so that I can recharge it? I have lost the part and don't want to break it using a screwdriver

Hi thx for getting back to me ... I managed to get it off with a screwdriver this time w/out damaging anything.
