Indeed I did but where they were replying without hours they haven't this week, since Friday last week. Will start again with new email and maybe have to try calling but that can be very hard work and not got me anywhere before.

I have tried but havent had any response for days despite emailing photos of serial number as requested. Seems they don't want to help

The customer service department asked for details from the device. I had to drive 120miles taking eight hours to get this and they now are not even replying.
