I can’t access the thermostat to set it up

everything is wired in the appropriate place but I can’t connect it to my iPhone or do it manually because it won’t respond when I tap ?

It’s not the high end , is the light version. I can not set it up through the app nor I am able to access manually. If I can do it manually I would be able to add the WiFi and set it but I can do neither one
