Hi Zoe,SOLVED I figured it out. There are integers between the degrees. Like 70, 70.25, 7.5,7.75,71. You have to dial it to 69 then 70 to make sure it's not in a quarter, half or three quarter degree. The app doesn't have this feature. I'm in the U.S...
