Chromecast setup remote buttons doesn' work

I tried to setup the remote buttons on my chromecast, but when I click on "add device" and then click on the "TV" option, it just goes away and it sometimes takes me to the home screen. For the people who wants a video, it is Here

Hello, Do you have other solutions maybe? Because I don't want to factory reset my chromecast. Only if it's that's only solution.
