nest gen 3 thermostat early on feature is not reaching the set temperature by the set time

I have a Gen3 learning thermostat. My house has a typical forced air furnace and takes about 1.5hrs to go from 64F to 69F. I have Home/Away assist off and auto schedule off. It's supposed to be at 69 by 6am and again by 6pm. Since I got this 4 months...
