My thermostat says H71 and I can’t go into settings and it will not connect to my heat link. Help

Anyone can give me the phone number of best thermostat technician as there seems to be a real problem with their production I can’t troubleshoot nor connect- hear link isn’t blue but yellow and I can’t go into settings in th thermostat please help
