There appears to be a mistake in wiring diagrams.My units (Tempstar) the
Y1 is compressor (defaults heat). The O/B is the reversing value or
change over, that switches it to cool. All descriptions contradict this.
Anyone have this as well?
Y (Y1 for these Google things) is triggered both by heat & by cool
selection i.e. it is the compressor 'on' circuit. O/B is the reversing
valve or changeover valve if that minimizes your confusion. Even in
