My does have error code W5 ,I did manage to get it back on lads night
for all of 30 minutes then the code came back ,its so annoying as I used
the remote a lot when I'm away from home.
HiI'm having exactly the same problem and only had for two years, it
seems impossible to contact customer service it just goes round in
circles, really not happy.
