I have new internet, lost connection to two cameras. One inside, the other outside.

Lost intern, went off line. New internet won’t work. Went to app, said disconnect & did. Said scan QR and camera doesn’t have one. I’m stuck.Outside camera still offline.is it possible to talk on phone?
