I am not getting notifications on my phone. The videos all say to go to
settings, notifications, general notifications ..... that's where I get
stuck. I have no general notifications!
OMG, I’ve just rung the bell and it binged on my phone and there was a
banner! It doesn’t look like the screenshot you sent but similar. Thank
you so much, one OAP smiling right now still not detecting movement
but this is an improvement for sure
I’m using the app. The tech team are struggling to sort it! I can’t turn
notifications on and the list in notifications for the zone I set says:
Choose which events you want to be notified about in this zone, and
there’s no list! I’ve been escalated ...
