My chromecast 4k with google tv dosent connect to 5.0 ghz red wifi.

When i try to make it dosent appear any red 5.0 ghz. I bught this chromecast 4k last year in spain and i live in argentina. The other one that is 1080, and is similar to the 4 k do it.What is the problem?
