For others that may have run into this issue with their WiiM devices, the fix seems to be to disable IPv6 on the WiiM device itself. This has made all my devices respond immediately and are no longer seemingly dropping off the network, or not respond...

You can find the firmware version of your router/point if you go under devices -> tap your Nest Wifi Pro device (under your specific room/location) -> Hit the Gear icon -> Software version... Mine's at: 3.73.406133Hope that helps! 
