Have Followed your instructions. my Location was Germany before, but i‘ve done it.after restart, Like @oestarter said, nothing changed. no „Live TV“ group, no Waipu.tv in the „Video“ section.

Unfortunately not yet, some probably have this problem but it doesn't seem to be that important for Google Support
