Google Learning Nest - Rc or Rh and 24 volt issue

my existing Google learning nest thermostat is connected with the following wires: W1, C & Rc, for a boiler-run radiant heat system. I noticed that the Rc is connected, but not the Rh. Why is that? I thought Rc is for cooling/AC only.Also, do i have ...
