My Nest Renew is offline for 18 days

HELP!!! Why did nest go offline??? I cannot use the app that’s on my iPhone. I must get up and go to the physical thermostat. Anybody else have this problem??? What can I do?

Thanks a bunch for responding but there was no link attached to get my thermostat back on WiFi
