Hi, 5 of our 6 cameras are saying “offline” im not having WiFi issues,
and all of the cameras are charged. I tried deleting and reinstalling a
camera, but now it’s not allowing me to add the camera back. Please
help!
I spoke to Google support and they had me reset cameras to factory
settings. I did that, but 2 of my cameras went “offline” again. I’m
hoping the others stay online. Very frustrating, but I’m glad it’s not
